Putting Your Ideas To Work

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does it take to create a web site?
A: Website design and development can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. It all depends on what type of website you need and the complexity that you would like.
Q: How much does it cost for a website to be developed?
A: Website development pricing is based on a number of items. Complexity of the site, number of pages, number and type of graphics are just a few of things that can impact the price of a website.
Q: How is a quote price determined?
A: After talking with you about exactly what type of work you would like performed, I create a task sheet detailing each step of the development process that will be required. Each task is assigned a value for the amount of time that will be required in order to complete that task. The total amount of time will be quoted as a dollar amount back to you. As long as the requirements of your project do not change, you will never be charged more than what you have been quoted.
Q: Will I have to sign a contract to have work performed?
A: Unfortunately, with the way the world is today, yes, you will have to sign a contact. However, signing the contract does not obligate you to accept our proposed bid in any way.
Q: What is the client login section for?
A: Currently, the client login section only allows our customers to view and pay their bill online. In the near future our customers will be able to do a number of things depending upon their current level of services. If we are designing a web page or a logo, a customer can login and view the progress of the work that they have requested. Or, if a customer is hosting their website with us, they will soon be able to login in and modify their website without the need of use being involved.
Q: I have a question that is not on the FAQ page. How do I get it answered?
A: Just contact us through the Contact Us page and we will get you an answer.
